Dr. Thomas Cummins, MD, FACS, is a leader in aesthetics in the Greater Louisville area.

Dr. Cummins is a member of the American Medical Association, Kentucky Medical Association, Jefferson County Medical Society, and American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He has both lectured and been published on the topic of surgery, and he as earned multiple awards in his field, including the AMA Physician Recognition Award four times.
Most recently, Dr. Cummins attended New Look Laser College, the country’s most comprehensive & experienced laser tattoo removal training course, where he earned the certification and designation of Certified Laser Specialist. As a CLS, Dr. Cummins is aware of the laser safety and clinical protocols necessary for advanced, effective tattoo removal.

The Duality is a high-powered, next-generation tattoo removal system that uses a combination of dual wavelengths, high peak power, and an innovative square treatment spot to help us remove a wide range of tattoos faster than ever before.
Unlike traditional tattoo removal lasers that heat the skin for too long and require 10+ treatments, the Duality uses an ultra-short pulse to instantly shatter ink with its photo-acoustic effect on the skin. This allows for better ink shattering with each treatment and faster tattoo removal results for patients.
The Duality uses dual wavelengths to remove a wide range of tattoo ink colors, and it is safe for use on all skin types.
Dr. Cummins has also invested in a Zimmer Cryo to increase patient comfort with each laser tattoo removal treatment.
